Editorial Introduction - GROUP 2022 Second Wave

For over a quarter century, GROUP has offered premier yet intimate and welcoming venue for agenda-setting, diverse research. Although the traditional focus of conference is on supporting group work, it expanded to include research from computer-supported cooperative sociotechnical studies, practice-centered computing, human-computer interaction, computersupported collaborative learning, participatory technology design, other related areas. The work presented in this issue embodies that interdisciplinary ethos. Papers cover wide range topics, human-AI collaboration, collaboration virtual reality, perceptions privacy security, myriad impacts COVID-19 pandemic. application domains are similarly ranging, health data, civic engagement, educational settings, government provision social services. Similar 2021 issue, also continues tradition design fiction at GROUP. This PACM:HCI brings you papers planned 2022 ACMConference Supporting Group Work (GROUP 2022). Typically, occurs every two years.
